Dear Sir,

Sub: - Regarding castisim & Irriative behavior of BSES Business Manager

I would like to betoken to you that the business manager Karawal nagar of BSES Mr. D Bansal have no manner how to speak with customers and how to behave with helpless people, he hold the great post that means he shouldn’t deflect the humanity. He is full of ill mannered, have impure language & totally like deformity person.

I went to BSES Office regarding bill Payment. I have paid the bill amount 8,500 on 4/8/2008 and Its CRN No. is 1251154780 but the amount had to included in my next bill on 24/09/2008 amount is 2,110. I met to the BSES officer regarding this matter, the junior officer has given me a written reply and said now you please proselytize of my senior. I met to Mr. D Bansal an eminent person. And request him sir, please took your signature here and rectify the problems. He said, “I will not take signature just because of that you are Muslim” & I never take my signature any Muslim bills. All the people who were present there said that you should take signature and help him to get over this problem. I requested him again but in vain. He said “If I will lose my job even then I will not take signature”. Notwithstanding he scared to me that I can offence a case regarding electricity steeling at you and made you to go in jail. While I am the president of RWA, also said “I don’t know who is RWA”. It doesn’t matter but In India there we are trying to remove castisim on the other hand few people spread it. If I were on his caste then definitely he helps me. It means he do his job very well only for his cast. Saying this he has put a slur on humanity. Now it has became a mood point of castisim.
You please tell me which type of action you will take against him. To vex other is not civilization. If I am Muslim that means he shouldn’t do discrimination with each other because being an Indian we don’t suppose to do enmity with each other.

I humble request you to please take an initially step against this matter. And also advised me what should I do, case a file against him, you will file a case against him or any other step to rectify this problems.

Kindly see the below attachment the pages of BSES received by junior manager.

Looking forward to your reply.

Hope I have informed you sufficiently.

Thanks & Regards

Dear Mr Dixit,

I am a resident of IP extension are(Patpar Ganj). I would like to bring your attention to slow pace of work on road construction of Narwana Road(From Mother Dairy towards fire station). This is the life line of whole area, It almost a year that we are suffering in name of DJB, MTNL etc etc. Firstly road was dug and then only half of road was built, so rest half had become parking places for cars, dustbins, auto and what not. It was ensured that metalling of only half of road is done, so it gets dangerous to drive. And if this was not enough, past 1 month, road has been dug adding to traffic woes in peak hours. And top of it a borad stands tall "This work is being sponsored by Mr Anil Chaudhary MLA". Trust me it irritates when at peak hours you are delayed for your office and adding to your woes is no one but your own elected representative. Infact I wanted to write to Mr Chaudhary but could not find his email. I do understand that these things are important but can't we do it at faster pace and off peak hours. I have stayed in US, Japan, Singapore and everywhere all such work was done during night and involved shortest possible span. I am not sure if you would be reading this or not, but still taking a chance, I thought may be if you can take this to Mr Chaudhary and convey our heartfelt thanks to him for adding to our daily dose of struggle to reach to our destinations.

Regards,
Chetali

Sir,
I am positively surprised to see your blog, if at all it is a genuine blog. this is an example of a responsible leader and politician.

At present, i would like to forward you the complaint lodged with MCD sent by mail to them. I hope you would take care of this.

As no email is provided, i am compelled to paste it here. I am sorry it had to be a lengthy one.

CITIZENS’ INITIATIVE FOR CHANGE

Appeal from Residents of Akash Darshan Apartments, Mayur Vihar Phase I, Delhi - 110091

29.4.2009
To

Commissioner,
Town Hall MCD,
Chandni Chowk,
Delhi -110006.
--------------------

Subject : Request for exercise of powers granted under the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957

Sir,

On behalf of all the residents of the Akash Darshan Apartments, Una Apartments, pedestrians, users, using the road joining the Ahlcon Public School and Ahlcon International School, I wish to bring to your notice the dangers and grave problems being faced by the residents (as well as users, pedestrians which include small children and their parents) while using the road in Mayur Vihar Phase I adjacent to Una Enclave, Akash Darshan Apartments, Anand Lok Apartments. (i.e., road starting from Ahlcon International School to Ahlcon Public School). The use of the road endangers the life and limb of its users. There have been accidents on the said road involving senior citizens of the Akash Darshan Apartments.

The problems and issues have been highlighted repeatedly in letters issued by the President of the Akash Darshan Apartments to the councilors, MCD, police authorities but to not avail. The reasons as given in the earlier complaints are being repeated as under :

(a) Despite the fact that there are three schools and one educational institution on the road, there is no pavement left for pedestrian movement on the said road as unused vehicles are permanently stationed.

(b) There are at least three repair shops, two junk dealers who carry out their trading activities on the road causing nuisance, traffic jam, obstruction of smooth pedestrian movement. All the construction material is also being dumped for a long time without any fear of penalties etc.

(c) Official in charge of MCD have not cared to or taken any steps for either expansion of pavement or removal of encroachments of the pavement/footpath for smooth pedestrian movement on the said busy road which has been encroached upon by the junk, garbage, concrete, animals, parking, tea stalls, riksha parking, etc.

(d) MCD has not issued even one single challan to junk dealers, scooter and car repair shop and tent house who dump all their material and carry on their trade on the said road leaving only single lane traffic movement and no pedestrian movement.

(e) Officials incharge of MCD for the surface parking has taken no action to remove the three line parking of the vehicles on the said road which diminishes and considerably hinders the continuity and homogeneity of the spatial and pedestrian movement on the said road.

(f) MCD has not taken any action with regard to the complaints of the residents against shops,(i.e., junk dealers, tent house, scooter and car repair shops) thereby leading to their trade and activities thriving which involve all kinds of obnoxious, hazardous, inflammable, non-compatible and polluting substance or process (which are not permitted) to be carried out by these shop keepers on the said road.

2. The MCD is taking out the patch work in the name of repair of the drainage on the above road. Such pretence of repair amounts to wastage of money of the tax payers as it is apparent from the nature of work being done that it would neither result or facilitate the pedestrian movement nor would it help removing the encroachments. This wastage of money will only provide better amenities and facilities to encroachers to dump their junk and other obnoxious materials.

3. Under the new Master Plan, Para 15.4 and 15.5 delineate that even in mixed use of land, neither encroachment on the streets or public land nor no repair shops/workshops of automobiles etc and junk shops shall be permitted.

NOW THEREFORE, WE HUMBLY REQUEST YOUR GOODSELF TO KINDLY CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING :

(a) Take appropriate action as deemed fit and proper by your goodself to protect the Fundamental Rights to life and liberty of the Applicants.
(b) As all public streets vests in the Corporations under Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (hereinafter referred to as ACT), perform the duties and functions of the Commissioner as vested under Section 59 (a), (b), (c)
(c) Perform the obligatory functions of the Corporation as delineated under Section 42 (l), (m), (n), (o) of the ACT.
(d) Remove the encroachment on streets as has been provided under Section 317 and 320 of the ACT
(e) Take steps under Section 397 (c ) of the ACT for Prohibition of nuisances.

It is requested that suitable and expeditious action/steps may kindly be taken as the matter is of urgent nature.

Thank you for patiently going through the above.

REGARDS,

Sub: Load shedding in awkward hours in Jamia Nagar, Abul Fazal okhla

Dear Sir,

With due regards I would like to inform you that their is excessive load shedding being done in Jamianagar, Abul Fazal area which is now under your constituency.

The load shedding hours in these hot summer days are 3 to 4 pm in the afternoon and 11 to 12 in the night. Apart from these hours in morning also some time their is a cut.

Both these times are very awkward in this hot weather as the children cannot take rest in afternoon after coming from school and also unable to sleep in the night which is affecting their health.

We hope that you will look into this matter asap.

Recently, once I returned from a long outstation trip I saw your hoardings in my locality of Jamia Nagar where I have been living since mid 2004. I became excited to contact you or write to you.

If you recall I worked on a brief assignment for SANKET in 2001. We met over dozens of times. Since 2002 I lost contact with you, as I also shifted from Bhopal.

For last 5 years I established the organization, GRASSROOTS India. If you have time kindly look at the website www.grassroots.org.in .

Lastly, since I reside in Delhi, that too in your constituency, I wish to meet you personally.

Dear Mr Dixit,

We are happy to see that you have a blog that gives citizens like us to voice our concerns. Hope this blog is genuine and the messages reach you for necessary action.

This is to bring to your notice the gross neglect the shopkeepers and office owners of Vasundhara Enclave Plaza Market are facing.

A short visit to the market complex which is the largest in Vasundhara enclave shows how filthy the main apprach road leading to the parking space is.

overflowing and blocked drains ,drain water spilling the road has created an absolute unhygenic environ for the market.

We will request you to pull up the people responsible for maintainence of these facilities so that w e can call ourselves a civilised country where the taxpayers money does not go down the drain.

hoping for a positive response from your end.

thanks

I am resident of Shaheen Bagh,Okhla.Needless to remind you that we voted you to power,in recent Lok Sabha Election. You got ~100% vote from our colony. We demand few previledges for which we are bonafide. You should take the note of BSES behavior in this area. They indulge themselves in cheating of Power, due to this we face regular breakdown in odd hrs(this reasoning is provided by the BSES employee at Sarita Vihar). You are requested to take very strict action against such practices and see that we get proper supply of Power.
Youy are an MP and your mother is CM,Who else can do it.

Waiting to see your action.Else you are not going to get atleast my vote.

DEAR SANDEEP JI,

I would like to thank you for providing certificates at the residence of Ex Councillor Shri Ramesh Pandit at Chander nagar, New Govind Pura. This encouragement from your side will increase the moral of congress workers like us.

Sir, since your entry in a new field of politics I was curious to know about outcome of interaction of socially involved personality into the pojectedly dirty and self espousing world of political gains. The out come is pleasant till date, so I wish you all the best and pray that you will successfully maintain this in future too.

Development is a direct outcome of the better political management and stability which UPA is providing under inspirational leadership of Soniaji, we the activists are getting motivated increasingly and believe East Delhi under your supervision becomes a role model for other constituencies since we are hosting reputed international event like common wealth game our efforts will have scaling by public. To my knowledge we will fare the best in that.

Congress is part of my family value system, its principles are adhered in my family religiously. The principles like secularism and communal harmony are I believe universal and have the deep rooted support in my family. Since the days of Shri HKL Bhagat, when I was a child I can date my congress activism. I still remember sitting on Mr Bhagats jeep for congress campaign, where Mr Ramesh Pandit who was then a dominant figure in our “Trimurti kala sangama Ramlila committee” a local grouping would engage his Vaanar Sena[iwas part of that] in this campaign. It was a time when we were doctrined in congressism.

Sir, I had attended several of your election meetings, pad yatras with Sh. Ramesh Pandit,in Loksabha 2009 before moving to Switzerland on my assignment to work on microfinance research. I knew about your strong dedication towards social work which was further exposed to me during election campaign loksabha 2009, I got experience of working with various colleagues of your coveted Institute IRMA, but I never ever got a chance to know your vision for social cause in our constituency personally. Though, I can clearly see reflection of this in your efforts in improving infrastructure in East Delhi.

Sir, the organisational wing of East Delhi I still find is not enthusiastic about IT services. This is an arena I would like to work in the party in near future, for which I seriously need your guidance.

We are all dedicated congress worker who have a motivation and your guidance.

We have visited and complained to councilor Shoeb Danish many times but nothing has been done so far. The Govt. of Delhi is advocating the public about H1N1virus (swine flue) and I am afraid that the sewer water may be source of such virus in the course of time. You can find the garbage dumped all across the area even on road also. The foul smell from it is creating lot of problem to residents of all the nearby societies.

We are not aware who is responsible to clean it on daily basis but we are finding it difficult to move around our society due to the bad smell.

Request to please look into this or let us know the right person to approach.

Dear Shri Dixit,
I reside at Mayur Vihar Phase II and voted for you in the last Parliamentary Elections. I have a serious compalint to make. Most middle class people living in this colony travel to office in Connaught Place-Krishi Bhavan-Sena Bhavan Area between 8 Am and 10 AM and return between 4:30 Pm and 8 PM. All these people have to depend on unsafe and unregulated RTV buses for their travel. Auto drivers flatly refuse to go or charge nothing less than 200% of the actual fare. Every morning one feels as if one is trying to flee Lahore for Delhi in the post partition days. The Government has used up a huge area in Mayur Vihar Phase II to build a DTC depot but has not thought in terms of introducing regular comfortable low floor airconditioned buses from Mayur Vihar Phase II at frequent intervals during office hours via Nizamudding Bridge, Bhairon Marg, Supreme Court/High Court, Connaught Place, Krishi Bhavan , Sena Bhavan. You are also aware that DMRC has totally bypassed Mayur Vihar Phase II and none of its upcoming stations will be of any use to us. Most people buy cars because of this and park them on roads so that walking around is a nightmare. Traffic within the colony is heavier that on the NH 24. The Congress affiliated RWAs in this locality does nothing to alleviate this problem and spends time litigating and squabbling. I am sure you will use your good offices and will sort out the transportation problem immediately and with finalty so that the residents of this area will believe that the Congress means what it says. do not disappoint us.

I am residing at Rosewood Apts, Mayur Vihar1. I would like to bring forth the issue of the garbage dumps in the area. They are not properly maintained causing the garbage to spill on the road. Further it is leading to a lot of cows and dogs straying on the roads causing problems for pedestrians. There is one garbage dump near vasant apts and one other near United India apts. Due to such unhygienic conditions there is foul smell in the area as well as an extraordinary amount of mosquitoes. I request you to kindly look into the matter.

Thanking you,

Dear Mr Dikshit:

I've read with some dismay about the struggle you've been having to be able to do something ecologically as sensible as cycling to work at Parliament! It is a sad commentary indeed on the state of affairs in our country that in all this time an elected MP could not get this simple, but essential, thing done! I've also been reading through many of the messages to you at this blog and I believe you must be having a very difficult time to keep track of them and then to get something actually done about the complaints, requests, and so on.

I'd like to bring to your kind attention a powerful aid to problem solving and decision making that could significantly aid your efforts in many ways to help create effective action planning to accomplish ANY well-conceived Mission. I shall need to send you some literature about this tool by email - a PowerPoint presentation + a couple of Word documents:please therefore send me an email id to which I could respond. If you should be interested/intrigued by my claims, I shall be happy to make freely available a copy of the software that enables using this powerful problem solving approach on any real-life issue of current interest. Please respond to me at gs (underscore) chandy (at) yahoo (dot) com - please substitute the specified character for the words in brackets, remove the spaces around them in order to get my email id. I can guarantee you that this tool can help in a great many ways.

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT AS I DO NOT ACCESS IT REGULARLY!

I sent the following letter to the Delhi CM. I wanted to cc you but as you have not given any email address on your Lok Sabha webpage, I sent it to COngress President. Now I have found this blod and am submitting it to you.

I called your residence and Mr. Rajeh took the call and simply said " abhi bata deta hoon".

Dear Mrs. Sheila Dixit,

I live in the UK, currently visiting my parents, who live at Shahdara, Delhi. Both my parents are partly disabled and above 70, retired government servants. I heard that you claim Delhi to be a world class city. I think this is the worst joke I ever heard.

There is no water supply in our house as I write this letter to you. We live in Delhi for 5 generations (unlike you) and I grew up in this very house. We never had an overhead water tank until 1984 as there used to be a 24 hr water supply. Then the water supply started to become unreliable and people started to install booster pumps and sink personal tube-wells. For two decades people of Delhi (of course not including elites like you) have been drinking sewage water sucked by online booster pumps. Today, there is no water supply in the house I am currently staying. I used the website of DJB and called Mr. V. K. Singh who is ZE as per the website but he very responsibly informed me to call someone else called Mr. P K Jain and Mr. Satya Prakash (9650290750 and 9650290933 respectively). I dialled these numbers but no one responded.

I wonder Mrs. Dixit how dare you call Delhi as a world class city where there is no drinking water, no information, no alternate supply by tankers and no one responsible contactable (even your phone numbers don’t work). I have even heard that you plan to stop people from using ground water though you cannot supply them with potable water yourself. Is this is a new way of genocide Mrs. Dixit. If you go ahead with this plan, you shall be called Bloody Sheela.

If I was you, I would resign from my post and let someone else run the show. Shame on you!

I do not wish to thank you for this pathetic situation. I wish you very bad luck for your political future.

Mrs Sheila Dixit

Hon Chief Minister of Delhi

DELHI

Dear Mrs. Dixit,

I called your personal mobile phone (9810030608) on Saturday 17 April 2010 at around 1800 hr to bring no water supply to the old Shahdara city to your attention.

1. One Mr. Rajkumar answered the call, confirmed that the number belonged to the Hon. Chief Minister (CM) but struggled to hold a meaningful dialogue with me.

2. Mr. Rajkumar also informed that not having any water supply for a few days in Delhi is not a big issue as even you (the CM) are left without drinking water for several days at a stretch.

3. When I reminded Mr. Rajkumar about your statement terming Delhi as a world class city and wanted to draw his attention to the paradox (the CM of a world class city without drinking water for several days!), he simply hung up. Understandably, he simply couldn’t bear the great burden of this sad matter of fact.

My grievance is, I understand that you are an aged lady and I cannot tolerate this inhuman treatment of our CM. Please register a complaint against DJB for leaving you (and millions of others) without drinking water for several days.

Also, as a scientist, I wish to request your cooperation so that we could carry out some tests on your more than perfect body, which can sustain life without drinking water for several days at a stretch. The study may be funded by the UN as this research may make life possible for those who are dying of thirst.

Yours truly,

Abhishek Upadhyay

Dear Mr. Sandeep Dixit,

Subject: Daily traffic Jam at Okhla Head in jamia Nagar

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring in your kind notice the big apathy of this Jamia nagar okhla region is the daily traffic Jam occuring every after noon or eveving at Okhla head point exactly infront of the Jamia police station. This is happening from about last 1 year but no step is taken to rectify the problem as huge traffic passes from this point toards kalindikunj and vice versa including buses and trucks.

When this occurs so after about an hour or so the policemen from the station tries to clear the same but being a routine this is not enough to slove it unless the traffic ploice inspect the site and come forward with a plan or a signal. In the afternoon lot of school buses ply from this route and all the kids stuck for hours daily in this hot summer.

We want that you please direct the traffic ploice to slove the problem or atleast stand thier 2 personnel to control the same.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had submitted below mentioned complaint to SHO,Mayur Vihar on 27/12/2009 vide dd no.24/B & diary no.2479 but regret to say that nothing happened till 11/Jan/2010 then I used RTI Act,2005 then only the process could be started from 15/2/2010. Mr.Manoj Kumar Manoj, SI Mayur Vihar issued one notice to Mr.Ranak Shah, Mr.Kunal Choksi & me and asked to present all of us to Police Station Mayur Vihar on 14/3/2010 at 5:30 PM. I visited Police Station Mayur Vihar on said date & time but I came to know that Mr.Kunal Choksi has already visited Police Station Mayur Vihar on 13/3/2010 & discussed the matter with the I.O. and go back to Ahmedabad on same day & I.O. told me that this is not the case of fraud & his duty was to provide me visa only whereas I am not at all convinced with his answer because he doesn't know the procedure of H1B Visa. After a detailed discussions with Mr.Subodh Kumar of P.S.Mayur Vihar, it was decided to call Mr.Ronak & Mr.Kunal once again so that we could discuss the things before Police Officers & 11/4/10 was given but he didn't come on that day but neither I.O.is sending any proper notice to them nor written FIR. Therefore you are requested to please look into the matter personally & direct the concerned Police Officers to take strong action against both of them.

1. H1B Visa petition can be applied through US Company only.
2. Mr.Ronak & Mr.Kunal committed me that they can send me to US on H1B Visa through their Company Softpath Systems LLC, Atlanta, Georgia with a valid Job in US.I was interviewed by Mr.Hemang Desai of Softpath System LLC during his visit to Ahmedabad. It was also committed by Mr.Ronak Shah & Mr.Kunal Choksi that Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs Only) will be charged & they will send me to US in December'2008 & provided me the offer letter also.
3. H1B visa process fee borne by the H1B Petitioner (Softpath Systems LLC, Atlanta, Georgia) only.
4. Project Details were mentioned in offer letter as well as paper submitted to US,Embassy
5. My H1B Petition was selected through lottery. My Visa was stamped on 5/1/2009 & they have not sent me to US till today. Whenever I asked them to send me to US they always asked me to send my latest resume to them & did not send me to U.S.

I am working as General Manager (IT) & works on world's latest technology SAP & having 20 years of experience in IT. Sir they have raised a conspiracy by providing fake offer letter & have cheated me & misappropriated the fund of Rs.2 lacs (Rupees Lacs Only). Further the accused persons have cheated several persons and the applicant is one of them. The accused persons have raised a conspiracy and have cheated the applicant. The accused persons are running a racket by misguiding innocent persons for sending to foreign Countries and on the name of attractive jobs in foreign Countries. They are cheating innocent persons and the applicant is one of the victim.

Kindly strict and stern action may be taken against the aforesaid persons and a case may kindly be registered against them for the offence committed by them as per law and the money of the applicant my kindly be got recovered from them in the interest of Justice.

Pandav Road-between Bazar Gali & Bageechi Gali in Vishwas Nagar, is inhabitated by mostly the poor potters. This area being the dividing line between two Municipal constituencies, is neglected as 'no mans responsibility' Lately, contravening its own rules of not raising the level of roads or drains, MCD raised the south parallel drain by 8", making it a raised canal rather than a drain. It rendered the floors of all the premises lower than the drain or road. The conservancy staff just sweep down the rubbish into the drains which the drain-man, once a week takes out to put it on the road to let it dry before taking it away. The drains are always full of 90% silt, which is not taken out. A little rain floods it & enter the kitchens & residences. This policy of raising the lvel of roads & drains is highly corrupt & presses the residents to raise the plinth & make steps on the roads just encroaching upon public land. To make matter worse, the old system of reaching the MCD Officers,DCs, Health Officer through E.mail ID or even Fax have been concealed & are not available. Could you please ask MCD to solve the grievances.

Dear Sandeepji,

A piquant situation has been created recently by Municipal Corporation of Delhi by issuing sealing notices to restaurants and eating houses even on the Mixed Land use road.

These eating houses and restaurants have been paying the conversion charges and parking charges and all necessary charges as per the MPD-2021 for operating on the Mixed Land use road. On the basis of up to date payments, the Health department of MCD has issued the Health trade license every year in the new MPD-2021.

However, suddenly, the building department of MCD has issued notices for clusure of these eating houses/ restaurants and said no seating arrangement is allowed as per the MPD-2021.

The Master Plan 2021 nowhere mentions it. For four years , these establishments have been running with propoer licenses and never defaulted on payments of necessary charges to MCD.

Kindly note that these eating houses/ restaurants on Mixed Land use roads are tiny when compared to the restaurants of Connaught Place or Defency Colony. There is no comparision as the prices, clientele, turnover, ambience are so different. These small establishments are primarily catering to the neightbourhood wherever they are located.

It is estimated that there are more than 1000 eating establishments on Mixed land use road. The problem has started in Central zone and likely to spread all over Delhi soon.

Kindly spare some time for us so that the affected families can meet you and discuss.

Thanks and regards

Dear Sandeepji,
Subject: suggestions for improving the environment in your constituency
I had the privilege of meeting you and your wife Monaji as the Officer in Charge of New Delhi office of NABARD in 2004. You had been kind enough to help us to close down a municipal garbage dump in front of our office something which could not be done for more than 5 years. I had also met you at your house to thank you personally. Recently, during the Diwali holidays I went to Vasundhara Enclave area to see my house, where I intend to settle down after my retirement

I must say, because of your vision and relentless efforts , East Delhi has become a respectable address and a decent place to live in . Good roads, infrastructure, excellent connectivity to city centre, clean, green environment All during the last 10-15 years and mainly during your two terms as its MP.CWG might have given the development a fresh fillip , but the original vision was yours. I remember in my student days in Delhi University in the 70s, East Delhi was regarded as the country’s biggest slum after Dharavi- a place to be avoided. Now it is an enviable address. You deserve credit for this metamorphosis
I would like to make the following suggestions for your consideration to make your constituency a better place and a tourist attraction.
1. The Jamuna Bed (east side) from Kalindee kunj to Akshar dham and beyond can be developed into a lake, cum garden, with golf course, water sports, Herbal museum, live replicas of Indian villages to attract tourists. It can done on a PPP mode and as a revenue model. The place will attract a lot of birds and tourists as well. It will be an ecological paradise like National Parks in different parts of the world.
2. The Ghazipur Open drain needs attention urgently. It is an environment polluter and breeding ground for mosquitoes, Flushing, cleaning and treatment of the open drain needs to be taken up on priority.
3. The garbage disposal system in the area is chaotic. In the absence of a regular disposal system one finds dumps on the side of newly built roads
4. The Ashok Nagar police station with its several defunct, seized vehicles, dumped on both sides of the road create incessant traffic blockade, besides contributing to ugliness of the area. The Police station itself is housed in a shanty, and deserved a certainly a better accommodation. Can something be done to clean the metal waste around the police station for better traffic flow? These metal waste dumped right in front of Dashamesh Degree college, where hundreds of college children come every day , is an embarrassment and throws a poor light on the municipal governance Please do something about it to improve the Government’s image
I will be writing more often in your blog.
With all the best and warm regards

Sincerely,

Prasanta Das

These metal waste dumped right in front of Dashamesh Degree college, where hundreds of college children come every day , is an embarrassment and throws a poor light on the municipal governance Please do something about it to improve the Government’s image.
I will be writing more often in your blog.
With all the best and warm regards

Sincerely,

Prasanta Das

Dear Sandeepji,
Subject: suggestions for improving the environment in your constituency
I had the privilege of meeting you and your wife Monaji as the Officer in Charge of New Delhi office of NABARD in 2004. You had been kind enough to help us to close down a municipal garbage dump in front of our office something which could not be done for more than 5 years.

You deserve credit for this metamorphosis
I would like to make the following suggestions for your consideration.

Subject:SMRITI VAN, KONDLI GHAROLI, MAYUR VIHAR PHASE THREE -
Smriti Van is a 55 Acre green Park which is under development by the DDA for more than 10 years. This park falls within your constituency. Despite spending crores of rupees over the past 10 years and despite employing more than 35 people, it looks like a garbage dump. This issue was taken up with you by the local residents with you several times. During your last election campaign, you had assured the residents within the park area that you would put all efforts to develop it. Despite the fact that the Government has spent several thousand crores rupees in beautifying Delhi. this so called park remains a garbage dump. This park falls in a large area where only common people reside. We would request you to please represent us before the DDA and facilitae its development as it was promise given by you. Our consistent efforts even upto the level of the honourable Prime Minister, despite his recommendations has not elited any positive action from the DDA.

Being our representative in Lok Sabha, I hereby request you to kindly oppose levy of Service Tax on healthcase, proposed in recent Budget. Because it is a tax on an ill person who is already an unlucky one suffering from a disease.

I am hopeful, you would succeed in your attempt to help needy ones who have turned up for their treatment.

Respected Mr.Dixit
I am citizen of East Delhi and proud to be Indian. I will like to draw your attention towards right of education for my Daughter Gauri Gupta in Delhi Schools. Gauri is Physcially Challenged and is wheel chair bound since her birth. She has passed out 5th standard from St.Andrews Scott Madhu Vihar Delhi. Since school does not have necessary infrastructure despite of there support we wanted her to be in school who can make her independent and where she can get necessary support.
We went to Queens Marry Mayur Vihar for her admission. Since School has ramp and lift and only for girls it was obvious choice.
Despite of the all necessary infrastructure she has been declined admission on the grounds that she has not cleared entrance test.
Now request your intrevention and help us with her right of education as girl child. She is good in studies and does not have any other problem accpet mobility.

I am from your consistuency and made attempt for admission to all schools. Other Queens Marry and National Victor no school in east delhi has infrastructure to support phyiscal disabled students, though it is mandatory.

I am sure you will bless us with support.

Looking forward to your response

Hello Mr. Dixit,

It is 2.43 am by my clock and my area (Shaheen Bagh, Okhla) is under dark for almost an hour. This is the 3rd time it has happened after 11 pm. Surprisingly, it happens atleast twice every week. The last loadshedding was from 10.30 pm to 10.30 am.

Fortunately, I was able to dig out the BSES data regarding power theft areas. I could figure out that most of other prominent areas like Malviya Nagar appear in the list of major defaulters but they do not face this kind of exploitation. Is BSES dividing the areas based on Caste and Religion? I am highly frustrated about this frequent harrassment of minority areas and surprisingly, no body is here to listen to it.

If you can do someting, Great. If you can't, atleast reply to my plea, I will pick another forum.

Thanks,

Tabish

The report is apt, true, logical raising peoples' voice against well known power venture of Jr. Ambaani, Anil. Compare it with NDMC power suppy in New Delhi, which is more efficient, neat, profitable in comparison with shoddy, inefficient, dirty public wiring on roads and yet fleecing the common people. Its supply is never 'un-interrupted' at lest in the East Delhi of Sandeep ji, who hardly feels the pinch of repeated power cuts at mid night. One can never rely upon BSES. To add to my woes in my lonely age of 78, BSES-Banker unreasonably dishonoured my cheque because the back-office-scanning of signature somehow failed. No one heard my grievance in BSES but charged me as a cheat.

Dear Sandeep jee
Subject:- Regarding Your speech
I have seen your speech on 27/08/2011 in Loksabha. Really a very impressive speech, delivered by you. It was much more impressive than your party's so-called "Yuvraj"
. It was truly a good and well defined approach , presented by a REAL representative of people. Since Independence, we have seen that- most of Congress guys don't talk honestly , they manipulate everything, but you were quite different on 27/08/2011 . We, Young People, have a lot of expectation from Sandeep Dixit i.e. you.
Really , our hope (for good and honest Governance ) are still alive after your speech .

Dear Sandeep jee,
We have seen your speech on 27/08/2011 in LOKSABHA. Really, that was a wonderful, matured and well defined approach delivered by you. This speech was really amazing by a Congress MP , Because most of Congress MP do not talk honestly . They (most of Congress MPs)manipulate every time. But you have proved that honesty is still alive within Congress party.
Anna's movement is, still , a need of India and your speech has shown that- Some politicians in this country pay their respect towards honest people like Anna and his team .
Only sad thing is that, your party have been in Government for more than 50 years but did not acted against corruption, but MPs, like you, can initiate campaign against corruption with the power of Constitution. You must match your voice with Anna within constitutional frame. Anna and his team is the need of India and Politicians, like you, having well defined & honest approach is also need of India for the sake of our Honorable Parliament .

Dear Sir,

I heard your response to Ms.Sushma, and compliment you on the fact that despite a lot of provocative statements by the opposition, you were effective in bringing the discussion back to the topic.
I kind of knew that that was what the opposition would do, and that the way you responded was the only way to respond, else it would end in a mud-slinging match.
Now, what really got my attention in your speech was that you were very honest about our NGO brethren, admittedly some. Now I have a deep altruistic streak, and have worked with many organisations - and totally concur with your sentiments - that there needs to be a governance and regulatory oversight of the same.
I, as every Indian, stand for the fight against corruption, but have not stood with Anna on all his thoughts and desires. I need to fight against the silence I practice against corruption, and my own participation in it - after all, it is easy to have an anti-government stand, but it does not absolve us of our own contribution to it.
Secondly, I APPLAUD the thought of including Corporate corruption - interesting to note that India Inc, as a recent media report put it - stands against corruption. But then again, what else can the stand be. The question is, does it get worked upon? Is there a redressal mechanism beyond internal ones in an organisation - that is what I think you were addressing.
Now I am not from your constituent, but wished to applaud these two points, and the fact that I was unaware of your attempt - this portal - to be approachable.
I only wish most of our representatives had mechanisms like these, and more, and that these were well advertised.

Thanks, and Regards

Okhla Head Traffic problem

Dear Sir

illegal parking of Phat-Phat Sewa vehicles and fruit sellers who stand at the Okhla head bus stand creates traffic jam due to them and the residents and passerby faces lot of hasseles because of them.

There is a police station just hundred meters away across the bridge however they do not remove the Theli wallas, gramin sewa vehicles which stand in the way and creates the jam. Maybe they take their share from the thele wallas and gramin sewa drivers.

Many Schools has Stopped Buses for students and Its almost impossible to take patient to Escorts and Holy Family Hospitals.

Please post on wall of Sri Sandeep Dixit/ Parvez Hashmi so they get an idea what we face everyday

Thanks

Subject: Regarding the everyday traffic jam which east delhi residents are facing on the NH 24 from Akshardham flyover.

Dear Sir,

The jam gets worse after 6 PM onwards and it takes 20-30 minutes to cross noida more from Akshardham Flyover on NH 24.

So far the authorities are indifferent to this problem and it's surprising that no any FOB has been built to bypass noida more traffic signal.

In my opinion there are ways to address this issue. The primary reason for this jam is presence of traffic signal on Noida More. The other signal barely 200 meter away from noida more further worsens this situation.

Actually the right turn from noida more was closed apparently to ease the traffic and are forced to take U turn from Akshardham metro station to merge on NH 24. But as soon as they merge to NH 24, they encounter a bus stand at the left corner and buses are also heading towards the stop. As soon as you manouver this chaos you encounter another signal and this is really a very bad planning.

There are two steps solution for this problem.

1. Shift the bust stand right after the left turn towards mother dairy where the road is wide enough to accomodate.
2. Build a single strategic FOB removing noida more and the other traffic signals for continous flow of traffic.

I hope you would take apprpriate measures to get rid of this problem permanently,

Regards,
Sanjiev Sinha

Respected Sandeep ji,

First of all let me clear you that I am writing this being a citizen of the East Delhi and I feel that I should express my feelings to you.

It is our privilege that you are a Member of Parliament from East Delhi, which is fast growing city in the recent years. We would be rather happier if you become a Chief Minister of Delhi.

I am a great admirer of your developmental work done in the area and your soft spoken attitude towards people of the constituency. Being a citizen of the area it is my humble duty to inform you about a few shortcomings in the Patparganj area and also suggest the removal of these remedies. These are as follows:
Drainage System : In rainy season Barsati Nalas in the locality are full of flith and are playgrounds for the mosquitoes. If pipes should be placed in the Barsati Nalas the filth and mosquitoes can be avoided and clean environment will help in the healthy and hygeinic conditions of the citizens of the patparganj. After putting pipes in the nalas a green belt on the covered area may also be placed as has been done in the south delhi.

Street Lights : At present the street lights often lightening the area. This causes the nightmare for the people living in the patparganj. Adequate light poles are in the area but without lights. If proper lights/bulbs may be fixed on these poles, the problem of the area will be removed within hours.

It would be very kind of you if you could kindly interfere in the matter and instruct the concerned officials/Departments to look into it and remove the remedies at the earliest so that the citizens of the Patparganj area will also have a healthy and hygeinic life. I personally feel that this act of your will definitely remember for a long time as we all remember Shri Rajiv Gandhi for his dynamic leadership.
With warm regards,
Deepak, Prashant Apartments, Patparganj

Sir

This is to bring to your kind notice that many a times inconvenience is faced by commuters (especially girls) from Karkardooma metro station/ Welcome Metro Station residing nearby Viswas Nagar 60 ft Road Near because there is no mode of public transport available except for the rikshaws which actually charge too high.

Previously, there was a bus service available but there routes have been changed now.

So, I kindly request you to please facilitate us with the Tata magic or Metro Feeeder bus service from Karkardooma metro station to the Welcome metro station which could be connected via the Institute of charted Accountants then from the 60 ft road Vishwas Nagar and then to the welcome metro station.

Thanks

Sub: Connectivity Problem of Mayur Vihar Phase III
Dear Sir,
I, Muralidharan Nair is a resident of Mayur Vihar Phase III. I like to bring to your kind notice that, we are facing a serious connectivity problem to other part of Delhi and adjoining Noida. Mayur Vihar Phase III is a DDA colony were a large number of office goers are living mostly from the middle class family from the southern sates, were both husband and wife are working and almost all are depending on the public transport system. It is admitted a large number of DTC buses are playing between Mayur Vihar Phase III via lakshmi Nagar and Akshardham. But the roads up to Lakshmi Nagar or Mayur Vihar Phase I are very narrow and crowded with slow moving vehicles, its a daily nightmare to commute to and fro to office.A lot of development work is done in the last five years in this parliament constituency of yours but the connectivity problem is yet to be solved.
Mayur Vihar Phase III is fast expanding and the population and density increases manifold when the whole sale paper market is shifting from Sadar Bazar to Ghazipur adjoining to Mayur Vihar Phase III
Mayur Vihar Phase III deserves metro connectivity, but it is not been fulfilled in the recently started Delhi Metro Phase III construction . In phase III metro passes through Trilok Puri barely 2 KM from Mayur Vihar Phase III. Also l learned that, under your initiative, approval has been given for the first Delhi Mono Rail project from Shastri Park to Trilok Puri. This may easily be extended up to Mayur Vihar Phase III . This is very helpful for the large number of office govers.

YOU ARE RIGHT. THE SMALL BUS SERVICE MUST RUN VIA VISWAS NAGAR, RATION ROAD, BR SCHOOL AND THEN SHAHDARA MATRO. WE HOPE OUR WORTHY PARLIAMETARIAN WILL HEAR IT. THEN THERE IS LONG PENDING DEMAND OF EAST DELHI UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, A STRONG NETTED CORNER FOR KIDS TO BUMP BALLS PREFERABLY BASKET-BALLS, RECONSTRUCTION OF OUR OWN-MADE DELHI PUBLIC LIBRARY BUILDING, REMOVING ENCROACHMENTS ON THE MAIN ROADS ET AL.
